When considering your attachment style(s), remember these things:

Although most of us have some of each of the unhealthy attachment styles in Sections I, II, III … most of us have a primary attachment style.
If you scored 10 or above in ANY of the three sections,
it would be a good idea to follow the healing process and steps for that section.
